For our client, a worldwide leading technology group offering diversified products including consumer appliances, we are looking for a Senior Robotic Manager(full-time job).

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage robotic R&D process for pioneering research projects which may include disruptive and transformative technologies at both hardware and software levels
• Technical lead to conduct the robotic R&D in the field of human-robot collaboration, robot (functional) safety, industrial control, etc.
• Conduct industry & technology trend study and technology roadmap planning for the mid to long term future.
• Coordinate and secure necessary resources (personnel, funding, equipment, etc.) for the R&D projects
• Establish and maintain communication to coordinate stakeholders (including multiple teams, sites and disciplines) on projects

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Master or doctoral degree in STEM major (science, technology, engineering, math, etc.)
• Have keen insights for robotic industry and technologies, and be passionate on bringing future technologies into reality
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Robotic Engineering in a prominent industrial company or research organization, leading diverse and complex projects
• Expert knowledge in the robotic & automation field, such as human-robot collaboration, robot (functional) safety, industrial control, etc.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to influence stakeholders and team members on issues that impact the business and its technical product strategies
• Extensive experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams to execute concurrent, interdependent projects
