About our client
For our client, a fast growing AI company, we are looking for a Sales Manager (full-time job and Home Office) .
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop a profound understanding customers, products, and the market landscape to effectively position and promote AI software and solutions in a certain area or industry.
- Conduct discovery calls with a customer-focused approach to swiftly identify client situations and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with leadership team on strategic projects.
- Book meetings through a combination of calls, emails, networking, and independent research.
- Establish trust and lasting relationships with hardware components' suppliers, system integrators and machine builders in certain area or industry to provide turnkey solutions to factories together.
Qualifications and knowledge:
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Working experience: Experience in technical sales. Resources in machine builders and factories in tier 1/2 automotive suppliers, food & beverage, pharmar are a plus
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and nurture enduring relationships
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both German and English
