About our client

For our client, the subsidiary of a major international manufacturer in the household appliances sector (Fortune Global 500). We are looking for a R&D Director (full-time position).

Duties and responsibilities:

• Strategically and initially planning of home appliance development
• Drive technology innovation, new product development, product Line support, and program management to deliver annual and strategic business objectives;
• Transfer research and development output into production requirements (vendor, internal production and assembly process, etc.) Make sure every step smoothly from prototype to mass production.
• Build up, develop and coach the R&D team 

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Workable English skill is preferred.
• Deep understanding of home appliance/heat pump industry and products with over 8 years work experience of leading R&D team.
• Creative and careful thinker, result-oriented problem-solver
