About our client

For our client, a worldwide auto parts supplier from China (Top 100 global OEM parts supplier), which is specialized in design, manufacturing and sales of exterior auto parts, we are looking for a New Energy Engineer for Charging & Energy Store (full-time position).

• Conducting market research to understand the needs of customers and identifying potential gaps in the market that the new energy product could fill
• Develop European resources and jointly develop new product solutions with headquarters R&D team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs and are aligned with the company's overall strategy
• Developing business channel for new energy products and presenting them to senior management for approval
• Monitoring the performance of the energy products, analyzing customer feedback, and making data-driven decisions to improve product performance and drive growth 

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the energy storage & charging or related industries
• Strong understanding of the energy market and technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills(English), with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in Agile product development methodologies and tool
