About our client

Our client, for whom we are looking for a Financial Accountant (full-time job)is the German subsidiary of a global leader in the high-tech segment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements in coordinationwith internal departments
• Manage the timely submission of financial documents to external accounting andtaxservice providers
• Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy andcompleteness
• Submit and track payment applications in the company’s BPM systemfor approval by China HQ
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation in line withcompliance standards
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with HQ finance teams to align on reporting formats, approvals, andcompliance requirements
• Assist with internal reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Support local audits and regulatory filings in coordination with external partners
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial workflows and internal controls

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations (GermanGAAP/IFRS preferred)
• Experience working with accounting systems and BPM or ERP platforms
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Fluency in German and good command of English; Chinese language skills are aplus
