Our client, for whom we are looking for an Electric Technical Leader (full-time job) is the Swedish branch of an outstanding company specializing in automotive engineering.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in the PLC design and debugging of project electrical implementation, including modification of electrical principle drawings, program writing, on-site debugging, acceptance and quality assurance, and other project stages;
• Participate in and manage electrical outsourcing supplier project execution; Monitor the progress, quality, and safety management of on-site equipment electrical construction;
• Identify and solve various problems in the design and debugging process of electrical software and hardware; Complete technical document summary and archiving;
• Strong organizational, coordination, execution, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sense of customer service.

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred, and majors related to electrical engineering, automation, etc. are preferred;
• More than 5 years of experience in automation line debugging, familiar with hardware related technologies, proficient in using TIA or FT platform software；
• Priority will be given to the following skills: familiar with welding electrical standards, familiar with mainstream new energy brand line PLC debugging, able to use a computer language, understand network architecture and protocols, and have relevant work experience in MES and other upper level debugging;
• Strong logical thinking ability, good communication and organizational skills, proficient in using office automation software;
• Has a team spirit of cooperation, maintains a good working state under pressure, and completes tasks excellently;
