For our client, a German subsidiary of an outstanding public company from China in the field of new energy (group of more than 7,000 employees). We are looking for an E/E System Engineer for battery management system (BMS)  (full-time position).

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work with customers on requirements refinement, problem analysis and resolving
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and external development partners
• Review supplier documents and support creation of Camel design documents
• Take ownership of a subset of battery system-level-functions (like SOX determination, cell balancing, over load protection), from requirements break-down to sub-system till their verification
• Support project and risk management for E/E system related topics

Qualifications and knowledge:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline
• 3 years of experience with the development and integration of E/E systems
• Experience with E/E development and diagnostics tools (e.g., Vetor, CANoe, Doors, Jira, HIL testing, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of automotive R&D processes such as ASPICE, cyber security, FMEA and related standards
• Confident in technical discussions, self-motivated and problem-solving mindset, comfortable to cope with startup like conditions
• Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Nicht so gut is okay for us
• German work authorization for working in the EU
