About our client
For our client, a fast-growing start-up company in the field of industrial robots with global locations in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen) and Germany (Munich), we are looking for a Business Development Manager (full-time position).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, align with headquarters to discuss strategy
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities in Italian market to achieve sales targets
- Promote products to new customers and build proof of concepts for growing business and market
- Conduct frontline sales activity including commercial calls, face-to-face meetings with Customers and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; manage and grow account revenue in Italian region
- Manage customer service to train on how customers can benefit from the products and services financially and professionally
Qualifications and knowledge:
- Experience in sales in automation field, ideally with robotics and vision
- Experience with CRM system in the sales environment
- WillingnesstoTravel
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Independent working manner and business management with room for self-organisation
- Verygoodsalescommunicationandpresentationskills;Customer-centricthinking
- Technical knowledge about industrial automation systems, ideally also in robotics and vision
