For our client, the German branch of a well-known domestic listed company on the new energy vehicle track. We are looking for an Application Engineer (full-time position).

Duties and responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for communicating with customers on technical details of products throughout the project lifecycle
• Understand customer's technical requirements, initially break down customer's technical requirements and forward these information to relevant internal functional departments
• Assist relevant internal departments to complete technical responses of customers.
• Assist sales manager to complete the bidding and solve technical problems in the market development process
• Lead the technical communication with customers at all levels
• Participate in internal technical solution discussions

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Completed mechanical, electrical and electronic studies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry, new energy. Especially experience as application engineer in the electrical vehicle is preferred
• Goal-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
• Understanding of relevant industry processes
• Good learning ability
• Good team player with strong communication skills, especially at the cross-cultural level
• Independent, reliable and well-planned work style. Able to ensure that delivery deadlines are met.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (other foreign languages such as German, French, Spanish are a plus)
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
